Always Make Noise, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 701 Tillery St, Austin, TX 78702-3738, USA (contact: hello@alwaysmakenoise.com), is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.
When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, country of residence, the nature of your interest (capital partnership or business development), the contents of your message, your confirmation that you contacted us on your own initiative, and a server-generated timestamp. We collect no other personal information through this website. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.
We use this information solely to (a) review your inquiry, (b) respond to you, and (c) where a dialogue develops, take steps toward a possible business relationship. We will not add you to any mailing list and will not send you marketing communications. We do not sell, rent, share or trade personal information with any third party for their own purposes, and we have not done so in the past.
Form submissions are stored on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure (Google LLC, acting as our service provider) in data centres located in the United States, and are accessed by the Company from the United States. For residents of Japan: this paragraph constitutes the disclosure, for the purposes of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), that your information is transferred to and stored in the United States with the safeguards described in this policy.
We keep inquiry data for up to three (3) years from our last exchange with you, after which it is deleted — unless a business relationship has been established (in which case contractual and statutory retention periods apply) or the law requires longer retention.
You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@alwaysmakenoise.com. We honor such requests regardless of where you live, respond within the time limits of applicable law, and will explain any refusal. Visitors from jurisdictions with specific privacy statutes (for example the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or Japan's APPI) retain all rights granted by those laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. For the purposes of the APPI, the complaint contact point is the email address above.
This website sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and makes no third-party requests for fonts or media — all assets are served from our own origin. The contact form and database are protected against abuse by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise (via Firebase App Check), a strictly-necessary security service which may set a security cookie and process device and interaction signals for the sole purpose of distinguishing humans from bots. See Google's Privacy Policy.
The website is served exclusively over TLS. Form submissions are validated and stored with schema-enforced database rules; stored inquiries are readable only by named, authenticated administrators of the Company. Access is restricted to the minimum necessary.
